Tattoos Cool?

I recently viewed a local school's annual that dedicated a few pages to the cool tattoos some of the kids in the school are wearing now. Isn't that nice?

I've thought about that for days and then Sis Julie from Julie's Jewels did a post on tattoos. Not a popular post for some to read, I'm sure, but I thought she did a great job.
