Thimble Thoughts: Tuesday

Tuesday

Bruce and I slept with the balcony door opened last night. The breeze from the ocean and the noise of the ocean was intoxicating.

I woke up around 6:00 and sat on the balcony for a little while, waiting for my crew to wake up. This was the view God blessed me with.

This is a shot of the lazy river, jacuzzi, and pool from our room. Also taken in the very early morning hour.

When the crew did finally wake up, they were ready to hit the pool. We've found out that the best time to hit the pool is early in the morning and in the evening when people are at supper. Here are a few pics of the younger crew enjoying the Lazy River this morning. Eventually, we got out for a game of Phase 10. Oh yeah....I WON! ;)

Justin and Hannah

Harrison

This little guy was waiting for us to throw him something to eat.

I liked this picture of the sun. Isn't it pretty?
Bruce and the kids walked across the street to one of those beach shops that you find on every corner. Hannah wanted to shop a little bit and Harrison wanted a couple of beach toys. Bruce needed flip flops cause he forgot his at home and Justin just wanted to go.
We plan a walk on the beach later this evening. I'm looking forward to that.
When we were having family devotions today, Bruce was reading on trials and perils and 9/11. If you haven't done it yet, please remember to pray for the families who are grieving today and those fighting for freedom at home and abroad.
