Saturday

Saturday morning we were getting ready to go down for breakfast. Bruce pulled the curtain back to look at the creek and this is what he saw....Brother Will sitting in the ICY COLD creek. Just sitting there.....all by himself. LOL He didn't know some of us would be up as early as he was....watching him....and taking his picture.

We had our last session after breakfast and it was great. The Pastor hit on some areas I definitely need to work on. I was glad that he did the sessions.
After the session, we drove out to the Apple Cider Mill for lunch. I love this place because there are apple trees everywhere. If you click on this pic you can see the apple trees all over the hill and also a small orchard there by the parking lot.

Mrs. Stephanie, Mrs. Vondie, and me
This was the restaurant we ate in. There are two restaurants on the property. One in the "house" and one in the "barn." We ate in the barn. There are also some wonderful shops between the two restaurants. It's like a little mini mall.
Brother Ken and Mrs. Tammy.
This is Mrs. Ava and Josh. Josh is Pastor's son. He lives in Tennessee, not too far from where we were so he popped down for lunch.

Mrs. Kellie and Brother Randy
Brother Ken and Abigale....check out those sweet little legs. Ain't that precious?
Mrs. Missy and Brother Tommy. Missy was obviously cracked up here. LOL
Brother Jeff and Mrs. Machelle.

After we left the apple farm we drove home. We had a wonderful time together just the two of us and a wonderful time together with our friends...our brothers and sisters in Christ. There was great fellowship, a lot of laughter, and a lot that we learned about our marriages. I'm thankful for my church family and for our Pastor who feels the need to keep our married couples of ALL ages in check. When our families fall apart, our churches fall apart. If our churches fall apart, how will the gospel be shared in our community? The devil wants nothing more than to see our marriages fall apart. There are things that are important to all people, but to the Christian with their priorities in order, the important things begin with God, our spouse, our children, and our church. By keeping those in order, we are able to reach out to the community and to the world, helping to bring others to Christ.
