Prayer Chain

We started a prayer chain here at home. You can see it at my son's blog, A View Of My World. Basically, it's a paper chain with fifty black links. Black because sin makes our heart black. A chain because sin binds us and holds us back from God. And fifty links because fifty in the Bible is the number of jubilee. Everyday for fifty days we tear off a link and pray for one person specifically that we know is in need of salvation. We're excited to see what God does in this next fifty days!!
This particular chain is for a man who is married to a wonderful and faithful Christian wife and mother in our church. They have two young daughters who desperately want to see their daddy saved. Wouldn't that just be wonderful?
