I Samuel 12:16 "Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes."

Pam asked how old Jackie was....she's two years old. Here is another update on her condition. She's in for a long haul.

".....surgeon just left! jackie is going to get a pick line in her arm. she has two seperate issues they have to deal with. the pancreas was DEFINATELY hit in the car accident we had back in january. therefore causing it to split and now the pancreas juice is leaking all over the stomach and needs to be drained, also one of her bowel lines is swollen from the four months of junk not making it through because the coliosticist is swollen. the pancreas has a cord that keeps it attached, they want to see if the cord is still attached and they can put a tube inside and pull it together, but if the cord is not attached then they will pull half of her pancreas out and sow up what is leaking.................BOTTOM LINE. we're going to be here at the hospital for a good month or two. and it is going to take jackie anywhere from 6 months to a year to recover. thank you all so much for your prayers and concerns. jackie is very alert today and she has smiled at us quite a bit and has even said quite a bit, she continues to mumble "I HURT" and "WHY DADDY". please continue to pray that God will get glory through this and God will give us the grace we need to be patient and the pain level would decrease. thank you again. we are claiming 1 samuel 12:16."
