Trade-lottin

Well, we're back from going to the trade lot. The kids and I had a really good time together. You can meet some very interesting people at the trade lot. Odd.......But interesting. It's a great opportunity to pass out tracts too.

Justin did pretty good. He was happy with the money he made. He plans on doing this for the next few weeks. He likes haggling with people.

Hannah did good too. Mainly because people thought she was cute. The tables were five dollars a piece and when the man came by to collect, he said she was cute and wasn't going to charge her. Which worked out for me, because I was the one paying for the table. Then when she went to the concession to get us a biscuit, they gave her one free because she was "...just so sweet." So she does good on her looks and sweet personality. I'll have to take her again next week. :)

Hannah found an Aunt Jemimah Teapot and gave it to my mother because she collects them...Not Aunt Jemimahs....teapots. Mom loved it.

I told you in the last post that Bruce was going to sleep in, but you know what? When I came home he had washed our sheets, remade the bed, folded some laundry and washed up some dishes that were in the sink. Wasn't that sweet? He's such a sweetie pie.

Right now, we're going to chow down on Angelo's Pizza for lunch and lay down for a nap. Hope y'all have a great weekend.
